The webinar objectives are to:

1. learn a new culture of proposal writing;
2. prepare MOA/MOU with stakeholders in support of the research;
3. write a systematic review of the chosen proposal;
4. design instrument for data collection; and
5. write a proposal in which the result can be published, cited, and utilized.
