Netnography, an online research method originating in ethnography, is understanding social interaction in contemporary digital communications contexts. Netnography is a specific set of research practices related to data collection, analysis, research ethics, and representation, rooted in participants observation.
Thus, this training intends to capacitate qualitative researchers towards netnography as a viable method to do research without physical interaction due to this pandemic.
The International Association of Research Ethics Across Disciplines, Inc. (IAREAD, Inc.) once again is inviting you, your student and your fellow faculty to join the webinar on “International Training on Internet Ethnography (Netnography)” on April 23-24, 2021. The program will be conducted online via Zoom with live virtual interactive sessions.
The webinar objectives are to:
- comprehend the concept of netnography;
- learn the procedure of internet ethnography;
- prepare a research design for internet ethnography; and
- acquire skills in publishing netnographic articles.
