The International Association of Scholarly Publishers, Editors and Reviewers (IASPER) is cordially inviting research enthusiast to participate in the 5th International Virtual Conference on Interdisciplinary Research in Higher Education on December 4-6, 2024 through ZOOM Video Conferencing.

The theme of the conference is "Reimagining Education and Research with AI: Interdisciplinary Pathways to Future-Proof Learning." The objectives are: (1) to promote academic integrity and ethical standards in research and publication; (2) to disseminate research findings for greater impact and utilization; (3) to foster interdisciplinary collaboration among researchers and institutions; and (4) to recognize and celebrate meritorious contributions of researchers and institutions.

SUBMISSION FOR VIRTUAL PRESENTATION CONSIDERATION

Abstract. Submit a 250-word abstract with five parts: (1) introduction of the topic; (2) objectives; (3) methods; (4) results; (5) conclusion; and (6) with keywords having four parts: (a) discipline of the study; (b) concepts investigated; (c) methods and process, (d) geography (country/continent). It must be accompanied by 2x2 photo with plain background, institution logo, updated curriculum vitae, and list of references.

Fullpaper. Each part of the manuscript must contain appropriate and sufficient substance. The paper must demonstrate the following parts: (1) Heading having five parts: Title, name of the author/s, ORCID No. (visit www.orcid.org to register), email address, affiliation and address; (2) Abstract; (3) Keywords; (4) Introduction; (5) Framework of the Study; (6) Objectives of the study; (7) Materials and Methods (for experimental researches); (8) Methodology (for non-experimental researches); (9) Results and Discussion; (10) Conclusions; (11) Acknowledgments; and (12) Literature Cited.

There will be a separate evaluation of the Full Paper for the Best Paper Award. Hence, full paper submission is encouraged.

The conference registration fee is inclusive of e-certificates and e-copy of the conference proceedings (send via email). The conference proceedings will also be uploaded online via https://issuu.com/.

Should the participants request for the printed copy of the certificates and original copy of the official receipt, we could provide given that the participants will be shouldering the mailing fee of the documents.

PUBLICATION

All papers accepted for presentation and publication will be published in IASPER Interdisciplinary Research Journal with ISSN No. 2449-4399. The journal is also made accessible online through Philippine E-Journals (https://ejournals.ph/) and Google Scholar.

Publication of the full paper is not required (optional).

Registration Process

1. All interested presenter must upload submission via online SUBMIT ABSTRACT HERE or email us at [email protected]. All submissions must be in Microsoft Word. Evaluation process takes 3-5 working days depending on the availability of the peer reviewer. Please make sure to follow the format given.

2. Once paper is accepted for presentation, we will be sending you a letter of acceptance, charge invoice and guidelines for virtual presentation. A customized PowerPoint template will be provided. Each presenter will be given 15-20 minutes to present his/her study (please refer to guidelines for presentation for more details). An open forum will be conducted right after every set of presentation.

3. For non-presenter, please fill-up the online registration via the link provided: https://forms.gle/VupBuU7phvd4upz8A . By accomplishing the pre-registration form, you had thereby committed to attend and settled the required registration fee for the virtual conference. Once we receive your filled-out google form, we will be sending you a charge invoice reflecting the payment options.

4. Once your participation is confirmed, we will be sending you our Virtual Conference ID and Password. We will be assigning breakout rooms depending on the No. of confirmed presenters.

Virtual Conference Set-up

Participants will be needing a Laptop/PC w/ Webcam, Zoom Account and a stable internet connection to participate on the virtual conference. The virtual conference will run for three consecutive days from December 4-6, 2024 from 9:00AM to 5:00PM Philippine Standard Time with scheduled breaks.

Only those who had submitted their Full Papers will be qualified for evaluation. There are instances that more than one best paper award will be given depending on the number of submissions and disciplines. Criteria for Best Paper Award will be:

There are instances that more than one best abstract award will be given depending on the number of submissions and disciplines. Criteria for Best Abstract Award will be:

Special award given to researchers who had earned citations on his/her publications.
